Conocimiento y actitud sobre prevención de tuberculosis en personas en convivencia con pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar en la Micro Red de Concepción 2018

Abstract

Este estudio fue realizado en la Micro Red de Salud de Concepción, en la investigación se utilizó el método científico, tipo básica, nivel descriptivo – correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental y de corte transversal. La muestra fue de 93 usuarios, se utilizó la técnica la encuesta y su instrumento el cuestionario la guía de entrevista modificada. Los resultados fueron: la mayoría tienen Actitud Inadecuada: 54,8% (51) tienen Pocos conocimientos a la vez 8,6% (8) tienen Regular conocimiento, los que tienen Actitud Impropia: 2,2% (2) no tienen Ningún conocimiento a la vez 25,8% (24) tienen Pocos conocimientos, los que tienen Actitud Regular: 7,5% (7) tienen Regular conocimiento, de los que tiene Actitud Adecuada: 1,1% (1) tiene Regular conocimiento y que existe correlación moderada, positiva entre los conocimientos y actitudes sobre medidas preventivas en contactos de pacientes con tuberculosis pulmonar de la Micro Red de Concepción 2018. (r=0.600; p= 0.045 < 0.05)

This study was carried out in the Micro Health Network of Concepción, in the research the scientific method was used, basic type, descriptive - correlational level, the design was not experimental and of transversal cut. The sample was 93 users, the survey technique was used and its instrument the questionnaire modified interview guide. The results were: the majority have Inadequate Attitude: 54.8% (51) have Few knowledge at the same time 8.6% (8) have Regular knowledge, those that have Improper Attitude: 2.2% (2) have no knowledge at the same time 25.8% (24) have little knowledge, those who have Regular Attitude: 7.5% (7) have Regular knowledge, of those who have Adequate Attitude: 1.1% (1) have Regular knowledge and that there is a moderate, positive correlation between knowledge and attitudes about preventive measures in contacts of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis of the Micro Network of Concepción 2018. (r = 0.600, p = 0.045 <0.05)
