Reacciones adversas a antibióticos y asociación con perfil bioquímico hepático en pacientes del Centro de Salud El Salvador, Chincha, 2026

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre las reacciones adversas a antibióticos y el perfil bioquímico hepático en pacientes del Centro de Salud El Salvador, Chincha, 2026. Se desarrolló un estudio cuantitativo, básico, de nivel descriptivo-correlacional y diseño no experimental transversal. La muestra fue de 80 pacientes con historial de reacciones adversas a medicamentos. Se obtuvo como resultados que el 57.5% de los pacientes presentó un nivel bajo de reacciones adversas y el 61.2% un nivel bajo de alteración hepática. En conclusión, el incremento de manifestaciones adversas a antibióticos se asocia significativamente con mayores alteraciones hepáticas, lo que subraya la necesidad de fortalecer la farmacovigilancia y el monitoreo bioquímico para prevenir complicaciones y garantizar una atención segura.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between adverse reactions to antibiotics and the hepatic biochemical profile in patients at the El Salvador Health Center in Chincha (2026). A quantitative, basic study with a descriptive-correlational scope and a non-experimental, cross-sectional design was conducted. The sample consisted of 80 patients with a history of adverse drug reactions. The results showed that 57.5% of the patients exhibited a low level of adverse reactions, while 61.2% showed a low level of hepatic alteration. In conclusion, an increase in adverse reactions to antibiotics is significantly associated with greater hepatic alterations, highlighting the need to strengthen pharmacovigilance and biochemical monitoring to prevent complications and ensure safe care.
