Conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes hipertensos Hospital III Suarez Angamos Lima 2020

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo Determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial y adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes hipertensos Hospital III Suárez Angamos Lima 2020. Respecto a la metodología el método general fue el científico, método específico fue el descriptivo, fue de tipo teórico, básico, el nivel fue descriptivo; la población estuvo conformada por 65 pacientes hipertensos. En relación a los resultados el nivel de conocimiento y adherencia al tratamiento sobre hipertensión arterial en pacientes hipertensos en el Hospital III Suárez Angamos Lima 2020 fue medio con 73% y no se encontraron adherido al tratamiento con 73%, en la dimensión definición fue alto con 55%, en la dimensión factores de riesgo fue medio con 66%, en la dimensión signos y síntomas fue alto con 50%, en la dimensión complicaciones fue medio con 61%, dimensión tratamiento fue alto con 50%, en la dimensión dieta fue alto con 57% y en la dimensión prevención fue alto con 55%. Se llegó a la conclusión que el nivel de conocimiento sobre hipertensión arterial en pacientes hipertensos es medio y no se encuentran adherido al tratamiento

The objective of this study was to determine the level of knowledge about arterial hypertension and adherence to treatment in hypertensive patients in Hospital III Suárez Angamos Lima 2020. Regarding the methodology, the general method was scientific, the specific method was descriptive, it was theoretical, basic, the level was descriptive; the population consisted of 65 hypertensive patients. In relation to the results, the level of knowledge and adherence to treatment of arterial hypertension in hypertensive patients in Hospital III Suárez Angamos Lima 2020 was medium with 73% and they did not adhere to treatment with 73%, in the definition dimension it was high with 55%, in the risk factors dimension it was medium with 66%, in the signs and symptoms dimension it was high with 50%, in the complications dimension it was medium with 61%, in the treatment dimension it was high with 50%, in the diet dimension it was high with 57% and in the prevention dimension it was high with 55%. It was concluded that the level of knowledge about hypertension in hypertensive patients is medium and they are not adhering to treatment
