Calidad de atención y grado de satisfacción de los usuarios del servicio de atención farmacéutica Farmavida Ate- 2022

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el nivel de calidad de atención y el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios de boticas FARMAVIDA ubicada en el distrito de Ate. La metodología fue un estudio cuantitativo no experimental, de tipo descriptivo correlacional, de corte transversal. El instrumento utilizado fue el cuestionario validado por los expertos en una muestra de 113 participantes se halló la confiabilidad mediante el estadístico Alfa de Cronbach de 0.993. Los resultados de la investigación muestran una fuerte relación entre los niveles de calidad y grado de satisfacción (χ2= 130.280; p< 0.0001). Se concluye que la calidad de atención en boticas FARMAVIDA no cumple con las necesidades de sus usuarios, lo que se relaciona con una insuficiente satisfacción del servicioThe objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the level of quality of care and the degree of satisfaction of the users of FARMAVIDA drugstores located in the district of Ate. The methodology was a non-experimental quantitative, descriptive correlational, cross-sectional study. The instrument used was the questionnaire validated by experts in a sample of 113 participants and reliability was found by means of Cronbach's Alpha statistic of 0.993. The results of the research show a strong relationship between the levels of quality and degree of satisfaction (χ2= 130.280; p< 0.0001). It is concluded that the quality of care in FARMAVIDA pharmacies does not meet the needs of its users, which is related to insufficient satisfaction with the service
