Actividad antibacteriana in vitro del extracto etanólico de Rosmarinus officinalis L. (Romero) frente a staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923

Abstract

El presente trabajo tuvo como objetivo Demostrar el efecto antibacteriano in-vitro del extracto etanólico de Rosmarinus officinalis L. (romero) frente a Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923. La muestra en estudio fue el extracto etanólico de las hojas, obtenida mediante un proceso de maceración de 2 kg, y se empleó el método de difusión en pozo con 5 placas por grupo. Se obtuvo como resultados que los extractos etanólicos de Rosmarinus officinalis L. (romero) al 100 %, 75 % y 50 % formaron halos de inhibición promedio de 26,88mm; 25,84mm y 24,57mm respectivamente, se concluye que el extracto etanólico de Rosmarinus officinalis L. (romero) presenta efecto antibacteriano frente a Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 25923The objective of the present work was to demonstrate the in-vitro antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Rosmarinus officinalis L.
