Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de empatía y estrés académico en estudiantes de Enfermería del V y VIII semestre de la Universidad Franklin Roosevelt Huancayo 2025, Metodología: fue una investigación de tipo básica, no experimental, correlacional-transversal. Resultados: se evidenciaron que la mayoría de los estudiantes de enfermería del V y VIII ciclo, el 37% (58) presento un nivel medio de empatía con un nivel medio de estrés académico y el 19% (29) presento un nivel medio de empatía con un nivel alto de estrés académico. Conclusión: se determinó que no existe relación significativa entre el nivel de empatía y estrés académico en estudiantes de Enfermería del V y VIII semestre de la Universidad Franklin Roosevelt Huancayo 2025 (p- valor=0,534).
The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between empathy levels and academic stress in fifth- and eighth-semester nursing students at Franklin Roosevelt University in Huancayo in 2025. Methodology: This was a basic, non-experimental, correlational-transversal study. Results: It was found that the majority of nursing students in the fifth and eighth semesters, 37% (58), had a medium level of empathy with a medium level of academic stress, and 19% (29) had a medium level of empathy with a high level of academic stress. Conclusion: It was determined that there is no significant relationship between the level of empathy and academic stress in nursing students in the fifth and eighth semesters at Franklin Roosevelt University Huancayo 2025 (p-value = 0.534).
