Factores Asociados A Deserción De Métodos Anticonceptivos Hormonales En Mujeres Atendidas En El Centro De Salud Huancan, Huancayo 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar los factores que se asocia a deserción de métodos anticonceptivos hormonales en mujeres atendidas en el Centro de Salud de Huancan, Huancayo 2023; el método: descriptivos y estadístico; población fue 186 y muestra 145; resultados de los antecedentes patológicos: presentaron obesidad 37.24%; de los efectos; de los factores sociodemográficos: la edad entre 18 a 29 años 51.03%, secundaria 37.24%, conviviente 53.8%, tuvieron de 1 a 2 hijos 54.48%, procedencia Huancan 62.76%; en conclusión, se determinó que existe factores que están asociados a deserción de métodos anticonceptivos hormonales en mujeres atendidas en el Centro de Salud Huancan, Huancayo 2023; con Chi cuadrado de Pearson < 0.05.The objective was to determine the factors that are associated with the desertion of hormonal contraceptive methods in women attended at the Huancan Health Center, Huancayo 2023; the method: descriptive and statistical; population was 186 and sample 145; results of the pathological antecedents: they presented obesity 37.24%; of the effects; of the sociodemographic factors: age between 18 and 29 years 51.03%, high school 37.24%, cohabitant 53.8%, had 1 to 2 children 54.48%, origin Huancan 62.76%; in conclusion, it was determined that there are factors that are associated with the desertion of hormonal contraceptive methods. 03%, high school 37.24%, cohabitant 53.8%, had 1 to 2 children 54.48%, origin Huancan 62.76%; in conclusion, it was determined that there are factors that are associated to desertion of hormonal contraceptive methods in women attended at the Huancan Health Center, Huancayo 2023; with Pearson's Chi-square < 0.05.
