Abstract
El objetivo fue identificar los errores de prescripción en las hojas de prescripción en el sistema de dosis unitaria del servicio de cirugía de mujeres del Centro Médico Naval Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara, periodo abril a julio 2021. Fue de diseño no experimental, descriptivo y transversal; la muestra estuvo conformada por 320 hojas de prescripciones; la técnica fue de análisis documental y el instrumento validado por el juicio de expertos fue la ficha de datos. Se obtuvieron los siguientes resultados: el 16.35 % datos del paciente, el 12.50 % datos del prescriptor, el 23.50 % datos del medicamento y el 7.67 % la legibilidad de las hojas de prescripción. Se concluye que el promedio de los errores de prescripción en las hojas de prescripción equivale al 15%
The objective was to identify prescription errors in the prescription sheets in the unit dose system of the women's surgery service of the Centro Médico Naval Cirujano Mayor Santiago Távara, period April to July 2021. It was a non-experimental, descriptive and cross-sectional design; the sample consisted of 320 prescription sheets; the technique was documentary analysis and the instrument validated by expert judgment was the data sheet. The following results were obtained: 16.35 % patient data, 12.50 % prescriber data, 23.50 % drug data and 7.67 % readability of the prescription sheets. It is concluded that the average number of prescription errors in the prescription sheets is equivalent to 15%
