Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo determinar la frecuencia de Reacciones Adversas Medicamentosas en pacientes sometidos a intervenciones quirúrgicas con anestesia general en el Hospital. Metodología. Estudio observacional, transversal y prospectivo, no experimental. La Muestra. Lo constituyeron 132 pacientes. Los resultados respecto a las Rams el 9,8% presentó arritmia, y el 7,6% presentó hipotensión. Respecto al medicamento utilizado el 9,8% fue halotano produciendo problemas gastrointestinales, seguido del 6,8% atropina y Neostigmina. En conclusión, según los resultados la anestesia general (inhalatoria – endovenosa) presenta RAMs probables, no sería de tipo A.
