Abstract
The objective of the following research is to determine the relationship between lifestyles and anxiety levels in nursing students at Franklin Roosevelt University in Huancayo, Junín, 2025. Method: A basic, non-experimental, correlational-cross-sectional study. A sample of 326 students was selected using stratified probability sampling. A survey was conducted, and the Lifestyle Profile Questionnaire and Zung inventory were administered. Results: 63.8% had a moderately healthy lifestyle and 59.2% had a mild level of anxiety. Conclusion: A very low inverse correlation was determined between the variables with a Rho = -0.191 and a p-value = 0.001 < 0.05, which allowed the alternative hypothesis to be accepted.
