Conocimiento y Adherencia al Tratamiento Farmacológico en Pacientes Diabéticos Tipo II Atendidos en el Centro de Salud Posope Alto-Patapo Chiclayo Lambayeque 2023.

Abstract

a investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el nivel de conocimiento y adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes diabéticos tipo II atendidos en el Centro de Salud Posope Alto-Patapo Chiclayo Lambayeque 2023. El método fue descriptivo, observacional, no experimental transversal; se contó con una muestra de 79 Químicos Farmacéuticos. Los resultados indican que el 57,5% tienen un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre la diabetes tipo II. Se determinó el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico donde el 68,1% de los pacientes son adherentes al tratamiento farmacológico. En conclusión, existe relación estadística entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre Diabetes Tipo II con el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes diabéticos tipo II.

he objective of the research was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge and adherence to pharmacological treatment in type II diabetic patients treated at the Centro de Salud Posope Alto-Patapo Chiclayo Lambayeque 2023. The method was descriptive, observational, non-experimental, cross-sectional; there was a sample of 79 Pharmaceutical Chemists. The results indicate that 57.5% have a high level of knowledge about type II diabetes. The level of adherence to pharmacological treatment was determined where 68.1% of the patients are adherent to pharmacological treatment. In conclusion, there is a statistical relationship between the level of knowledge about type II diabetes and the level of adherence to pharmacological treatment in type II diabetic patients.
