Abstract
El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar la calidad de atención recibida en el servicio de farmacia del Centro de Salud Villa Los Reyes del distrito de Ventanilla, de los meses abril a mayo. Se empleó un diseño no experimental, descriptivo, prospectivo y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 279 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que según la variable de calidad de atención farmacéutica el 28.7% de los usuarios presentan un nivel de satisfacción, el 34.1% de fiabilidad, el 25.8% un nivel de satisfacción bueno respecto a la dimensión de capacidad de respuesta, el 27.9% de seguridad y el 28.7% de empatía. En conclusión, la calidad de atención farmacéutica y el nivel de satisfacción de los usuarios presentan una opinión favorable del 29.5% y 29% de los usuarios relacionado a la calidad de atención recibida.
