Abstract
El objetivo fue analizar las reacciones adversas a los fármacos antituberculosos en pacientes de un hospital nivel III de Huancayo. Metodología: nivel descriptivo diseño no experimental transversal; como instrumento se utilizó la hoja de registro. Se obtuvo como resultados, que de las 90 historias clínicas el 68.8 %, es del género masculino. El fármaco más comprometido en las Reacciones Adversas el Levofloxacino 17.3 %. Los trastornos hepatobiliar 83.3 % fueron las manifestaciones clínicas más frecuentes; según la causalidad 38.9 % posibles y según la gravedad 73.3 % leves. La comorbilidad como la diabetes 13.3 %. En conclusión, existe una mayor proporción en la población masculina, con una causalidad probable y una gravedad leve.
The objective was to analyze adverse reactions to antituberculosis drugs in patients of a level III hospital in Huancayo.
