dc.description.abstractEl objetivo fue evaluar el efecto diurético del extracto, para el estudio se utilizaron 20 ratas albinas. Se determinó el %EVU y el %AD, encontrando la presencia de metabolitos como compuestos fenólicos, flavonoides y alcaloides. Se determinó el %EVU con valores del 39.6%, 98.7%, 50.7%, 68% y 92% para los grupos suero fisiológico, furosemida 10 mg/kg, extractos a 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg y 600 mg/kg. Además, para el %AD se determinó porcentajes del 40%,100%, 51%, 69% y 93% para los grupos de suero fisiológico, furosemida 10 mg/kg, extractos a 200 mg/kg, 400 mg/kg y 600 mg/kg. Se concluye que el extracto hidroalcohólico a la concentración de 600 mg/kg, es similar al control positivo de furosemida de 10 mg/kg.es_PE
dc.description.abstractThe objective was to evaluate the diuretic effect of the extract, 20 albino rats were used for the study. It is concluded that the hydroalcoholic extract at the concentration of 600 mg/kg, is similar to the positive control of furosemide 10 mg/kg.es_PE
