Nivel de conocimiento y adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en usuarios diabéticos tipo II de la Botica Yoseline Supe, 2024

Abstract

El objetivo fue determinar el nivel de conocimiento y adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en usuarios diabéticos tipo II de la botica Yoseline Supe, 2024. Como método se utilizó el diseño descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal, el cuestionario de recolección de datos y el test de Morisky Green. En cuanto a los resultados se encontró que el 100% de los participantes tienen un buen conocimiento sobre la alimentación adecuada, mientras el 60,19% no está familiarizado con los síntomas comunes, así mismo el 63% de los encuestados mantiene su medicación, sin embargo, el 66.67% olvida llevar su tratamiento al viajar. En conclusión, existe un nivel de conocimiento alto sobre la enfermedad, y se pondera el nivel medio sobre la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico.

The objective was to determine the level of knowledge and adherence to pharmacological treatment in type II diabetic users of the Yoseline Supe drugstore, 2024. The method used was a descriptive, non-experimental, cross-sectional design, the data collection questionnaire and the Morisky Green test. As for the results, it was found that 100% of the participants have a good knowledge about proper nutrition, while 60.19% are not familiar with common symptoms, likewise 63% of the respondents keep their medication, however, 66.67% forget to take their treatment when traveling. In conclusion, there is a high level of knowledge about the disease, and the medium level of adherence to pharmacological treatment is weighted.
