Abstract
La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación que existe entre los factores que influyen y la automedicación con azitromicina frente al COVID-19 en adultos mayores del distrito de El Tambo – 2022. La metodología de tipo básico y de nivel correlacional, diseño no experimental, transversal y prospectivo, teniendo como muestra 383 adultos mayores entre 50 a 80 años, la técnica fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. El resultado obtenido por el método de correlación Rho de Spearman es igual a 0.507, siendo una correlación positiva, el 53% se automedicaron con azitromicina, la edad predominante fue de 50 a 60 años. En conclusión, los factores estudiados influyen de modo importante en la automedicación con azitromicina.
