Evaluación del Seguimiento Farmacoterapéutico en Pacientes Ambulatorios Diabéticos Tipo 2, Centro Atención Primaria I de Essalud – Pichanaki -2018.

Abstract

Este estudio fue realizado en el Centro de Atención Primaria I de EsSALUD de Pichanaki y consistió en realizar el Seguimiento Farmacoterapéutico a Pacientes Ambulatorios Diabéticos Tipo 2, para detectar, prevenir y resolver los problemas relacionados al medicamento. El objetivo de la presente investigación es: Evaluar el resultado del seguimiento farmacoterapéutico en pacientes ambulatorios diabéticos tipo 2 del Centro de Atención Primaria I de EsSALUD de Pichanaki, Por lo tanto, se aplicó el método científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es explicativo y el nivel de investigación es aplicativo. Como resultado de la presente investigación se demuestra que el seguimiento farmacoterapéutico contribuye favorablemente a resolver problemas relacionados al medicamento, mejorar la calidad de vida y su situación clínica del paciente.This study was carried out in the Primary Care Center I of EsSALUD of Pichanaki and consisted of carrying out the Pharmacotherapeutic Follow-up to Type 2 Diabetic Outpatients, to detect, prevent and solve the problems related to the medication. As a result of the present investigation it is demonstrated that the pharmacotherapeutic follow-up contributes favorably to solve problems related to the medicine, to improve the quality of life and its clinical situation of the patient
