Abstract
El objetivo del presente trabajo fue determinar el efecto de Oreocallis grandiflora (Cucharilla) del Agar BLIM en la detección de Cándida albicans. En el tamizaje fitoquímico, presentaron metabolitos como carbohidratos, flavonoides, alcaloides, quinonas, glicósidos y esteroides. Se realizaron 40 cultivos con Cándida albicans ATCC N° 10231, de las cuales se distribuyeron según el tipo de medio de cultivo. Se obtuvo un calificativo de 20% (bueno) y 80% (regular) y para el Agar Papa Glucosado 100% del calificativo (bueno). Se obtuvo la conclusión de que el uso de la Cucharilla 1.2% (Agar BLIM) en la detección de Cándida albicans es regular
The objective of the present work was to determine the effect of Oreocallis grandiflora (Cucharilla) on BLIM Agar in the detection of Candida albicans. In the phytochemical screening, they presented metabolites such as carbohydrates, flavonoids, alkaloids, quinones, glycosides and steroids. Forty cultures were made with Candida albicans ATCC N° 10231, which were distributed according to the type of culture medium. A qualification of 20% (good) and 80% (fair) was obtained and for the Glucosated Potato Agar 100% of the qualification (good). It was concluded that the use of Spoon 1.2% (BLIM Agar) in the detection of Candida albicans is regular
