Nivel de conocimiento sobre cáncer de cuello uterino en madres de familia atendidas en el Centro de Salud de San Jeronimo-2020

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre cáncer de cuello uterino en madres de familia atendidas en el centro de salud de San Jerónimo – 2020, La investigación de estudio fue de tipo básica con respecto al método que se utilizó fue descriptivo simple, el diseño fue no experimental y de corte transversal de modo que la población está conformada por 30 madres atendidas en el centro de salud de San Jerónimo – 2020. Los resultados muestran que en cuanto a la dimensión de conceptos generales predomino un conocimiento medio (50%), en la dimensión de factores de riesgo predomino el conocimiento medio con (57%), y en la dimensión de medidas preventivas predomino el nivel de conocimiento medio con (53%). En conclusión, la mayor parte de las madres atendidas tienen un nivel de conocimiento medio (80%) sobre cáncer de cuello uterino.The general objective of this study was to determine the level of knowledge about cervical cancer in mothers attended at the health center of San Jerónimo - 2020. The research study was of a basic type with respect to the method used was simple descriptive, the design was non-experimental and cross-sectional so that the population consisted of 30 mothers attended at the health center of San Jerónimo - 2020. The results show that in the dimension of general concepts there was a predominance of medium knowledge (50%), in the dimension of risk factors there was a predominance of medium knowledge (57%), and in the dimension of preventive measures there was a predominance of medium knowledge (53%). In conclusion, most of the mothers attended have a medium level of knowledge (80%) about cervical cancer.
