Estética de la Sonrisa y Autoestima en Adolescentes del Colegio Señor de los Milagros, Ayacucho 2023.

Abstract

La presente investigación, tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación de la altura de la línea estética de la sonrisa y el nivel de autoestima en adolescentes del Colegio Señor de los Milagros, Ayacucho 2023. El método de estudio no experimental, prospectivo, transversal y correlacional. La muestra fue de 176 estudiantes Los resultados determinaron que la prevalencia de la altura de la línea estética de la sonrisa de los adolescentes fue media en 42,6%, baja 38,1% y alta 19,3%, la altura de la línea estética de la sonrisa en relación al sexo, en adolescentes fue media en 31,3% en sexo femenino, y 11,4 % en sexo masculino; la prevalencia de los niveles de autoestima de los adolescentes fue regular en 63,1%, alta 25,0% y baja 11,9%. En conclusión, no existe una relación inversa entre la altura de la línea estética de la sonrisa y el nivel de autoestima en adolescentes.The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between the height of the esthetic line of the smile and the level of self-esteem in adolescents of the Señor de los Milagros School, Ayacucho 2023. The study method was non-experimental, prospective, cross-sectional and correlational. The sample was 176 students. The results determined that the prevalence of the height of the esthetic line of the smile of adolescents was medium in 42.6%, low 38.1% and high 19.3%, the height of the esthetic line of the smile in relation to sex, in adolescents was medium in 31.3% in female sex, and 11.4% in male sex; the prevalence of the levels of self-esteem of adolescents was regular in 63.1%, high 25.0% and low 11.9%. In conclusion, there is no inverse relationship between the height of the esthetic smile line and the level of self-esteem in adolescents.
