Adherencia al tratamiento en pacientes con insuficiencia renal que frecuentan un Hospital Nacional en la Provincia de Huancayo 2017

Abstract

La adherencia terapéutica es el grado de comportamiento de una persona respecto a la toma de medicamentos y seguimiento de un régimen alimentario, determinadas por un médico, por ello el objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar los niveles de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con insuficiencia renal que frecuentan un Hospital Nacional de la Provincia de Huancayo 2017. Por tanto, se aplicó una metodología , cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es descriptivo, obteniendo como resultado de la investigación realizada, información relevante respecto a: El sexo, edad y grupo etario de los pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal tienen adherencia terapéutica; asimismo, sobre los indicadores de implicación personal, relacionacional y comportamental relacionados con la adherencia terapéutica en los pacientes con Insuficiencia Renal ; y sobre el nivel de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes que padecen esta enfermedad crónica.

Therefore, a methodology was applied, whose type of research is basic and the level of research is descriptive, obtaining as a result of the research carried out, relevant information regarding: Sex, age and age group of patients with Renal Insufficiency have therapeutic adherence; also, on the indicators of personal, relational and behavioral involvement related to therapeutic adherence in patients with Renal Insufficiency; and on the level of therapeutic adherence in patients suffering from this chronic disease.
