Alteraciones estéticas bucodentales sobre la autoimagen y sociabilización en adolescentes 14-17 años – Ayacucho, 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la influencia de las alteraciones estéticas bucodentales sobre la autoimagen y sociabilización en adolescentes entre 14-17 años- Ayacucho 2023. El estudio fue de tipo no experimental, correlacional, transversal, y prospectivo. La muestra estuvo conformada por 114 estudiantes. Se obtuvo como resultado que la mayor cantidad de adolescentes (71,9%) no han presentado pigmentación. De la misma manera, no se ha presentado en su mayoría diastema como alteración estética (84.2%), con respecto a la maloclusión la mayor cantidad de adolescentes ha presentado maloclusión de clase I (80,7%). Se concluye que no existe relación significativa entre las alteraciones estéticas bucodentales sobre la autoimagen y sociabilización en adolescentes entre 14-17 años- Ayacucho 2023 (p> 0,05).The objective of the following research is to determine the influence of oral esthetic alterations on self-image and socialization in adolescents between 14-17 years of age - Ayacucho 2023. The study was non-experimental, correlational, cross-sectional, and prospective. The sample consisted of 114 students. It was found that most adolescents (71.9%) have not presented pigmentation. Likewise, most of them have not presented diastema as an esthetic alteration (84.2%), with regard to malocclusion, most adolescents have presented class I malocclusion (80.7%). It is concluded that there is no significant relationship between oral esthetic alterations on self-image and socialization in adolescents between 14-17 years of age - Ayacucho 2023 (p> 0.05).
