Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el grado de satisfacción de los usuarios que acuden a las boticas Del Triunfo, Madre de Dios. El estudio fue de enfoque deductivo, cuantitativo, aplicado, observacional, transversal y descriptivo, la muestra lo constituyeron 103 usuarios. Los resultados muestran El 91.26% de los encuestados indicó que fue atendido sin ningún tipo de discriminación. El 90.29% afirmó que existen mecanismos visibles y efectivos para presentar quejas. El 81.55% señaló que la atención recibida fue rápida. El 82.52% manifestó haber recibido solución inmediata a su problema y revisión minuciosa de su receta. Se concluye que existe un buen nivel de satisfacción general, aunque se recomienda mejorar la atención para reducir los casos mínimos de insatisfacción.
The objective of the research was to determine the degree of satisfaction of users who visit Del Triunfo pharmacies in Madre de Dios. The study was deductive, quantitative, applied, observational, cross-sectional, and descriptive, with a sample of 103 users. The results show that 91.26% of respondents indicated that they were treated without any type of discrimination. 90.29% stated that there are visible and effective mechanisms for filing complaints. 81.55% indicated that the service they received was fast. 82.52% stated that they received an immediate solution to their problem and a thorough review of their prescription. It is concluded that there is a good level of overall satisfaction, although it is recommended that service be improved to reduce the few cases of dissatisfaction.
