Abstract
Este trabajo de investigación, tuvo como objetivo Determinar la estabilidad de la formulación magistral de ivermectina en gotas comercializadas en la ciudad de Chiclayo, julio – 2021, siendo la metodología, observacional, prospectivo, transversal de diseño descriptivo, se utilizó una muestra de 15 ivermectinas. Resultados, fueron el 100% fueron transparentes, el 73,3% presentaron olor y el 93,3% con sabor agradable; el grado de transparencia fue de medio a alto, el pH varió entre 4,0 a 5,5; el 46,7% presentaron mesófilos aerobios (< 4 UFC), el 33,3% (< 4 UFC), presentó mohos, el 26,7% presentó levaduras (< 3 UFC); concluyéndose, Las muestras presentaron características organolépticas y físicas aceptables y solo el 40% presentó estabilidad microbiológica
The objective of this research work was to determine the stability of the master formulation of ivermectin in drops marketed in the city of Chiclayo, July - 2021. The methodology was observational, prospective, cross-sectional and descriptive design; a sample of 15 ivermectins was used. Results: 100% were transparent, 73.3% had odor and 93.3% had pleasant taste; the degree of transparency was medium to high, the pH varied between 4.0 and 5.5; 46.7% presented aerobic mesophiles (< 4 CFU), 33.3% (< 4 CFU), presented molds, 26.7% presented yeasts (< 3 CFU); concluding, the samples presented acceptable organoleptic and physical characteristics and only 40% presented microbiological stability
