Abstract
El trabajo de investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar las condicionantes de la vía del parto en primigestas atendidas en el Hospital III EsSalud Juliaca, enero - junio 2022. Se utilizó la siguiente metodología: un estudio retrospectivo de corte transversal, no experimental. La muestra quedó representada por 160 Nuestras principales causas son RPM 8,1% representa a las gestantes que tuvieron RPM a término y 1,9% representa a gestantes que tuvieron RPM. Enfermedad hipertensiva del embarazo 13,1% presentaron preeclampsia y el 4,4% presentó eclampsia. Concluyendo respecto al tipo de la vía de parto el 58.8% fueron cesáreas y el 41.3% la vía del parto fue vaginal.
