Abstract
El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar el nivel de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento de medicamentos en el servicio de farmacia del hospital Carlos Monge Medrano, Juliaca 2023. El método fue deductivo, tipo de investigación básica, descriptivo, de corte transversal, diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 2 farmacias del Hospital Carlos Monge Medrano. Los resultados indican que la farmacia hospitalización y almacén obtuvieron un cumplimiento medio tanto en la primera y segunda inspección; en la tercera inspección fue alto. A su vez, respecto a los inyectables se conservan en envases oscuros. Se concluye que el nivel de cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de almacenamiento fue medio en la primera y segunda inspección, en la tercera fue alto.

The results indicate that the hospitalization pharmacy and the warehouse obtained average compliance in the first and second inspections; in the third inspection it was high. In turn, injectables are kept in dark containers. It is concluded that the level of compliance with good storage practices was medium in the first and second inspections, and high in the third inspection.
