Abstract
El objetivo es determinar la correlación que existe entre el conocimiento y la recomendación de los colutorios bucales como medida de prevención en la transmisión de Covid-19 por parte del personal de salud del Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico Daniel Alcides Carrión de Huancayo – Junín 2022. El estudio está enfocado en una investigación tipo básica, de diseño descriptivo y correlacional de corte transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 84 médicos y enfermeros del área Covid-19 y odontólogos que trabajan en el Hospital. Respecto a los resultados se observó el nivel de conocimiento sobre colutorios bucales como medida de prevención del contagio del Covid-19 respecto al personal médico fue “bueno” en un 61.5%, en el personal de enfermería fue “bueno” en un 70.6% y en los odontólogos fue “eficiente” en un 100%. El estudio concluyó entre el conocimiento y la recomendación de los colutorios bucales como medida de prevención en la transmisión de Covid-19 por parte del personal de salud del Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico Daniel Alcides Carrión de Huancayo – Junín 2022.
The objective is to determine the correlation between knowledge and recommendation of mouthwashes as a preventive measure in the transmission of Covid-19 by health personnel of the Hospital Regional Docente Clínico Quirúrgico Daniel Alcides Carrión de Huancayo - Junín 2022. The study is focused on a basic research, descriptive and correlational cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 84 doctors and nurses from the Covid-19 area and dentists working at the Hospital. Regarding the results, the level of knowledge of mouthwashes as a measure to prevent Covid-19 infection was "good" in 61.5% of the medical personnel, "good" in 70.6% of the nursing personnel and "efficient" in 100% of the dentists.
