Síndrome de Burnout y Resiliencia en internos de obstetricia de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, 2022

Abstract

En la presente investigación se planteó como objetivo general determinar la relación existente entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la resiliencia en internos de obstetricia de la Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, 2022. El método de estudio se realizó bajo el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, nivel descriptivo, y diseño correlacional; la muestra la conformaron 30 internos de la mencionada institución. Los resultados muestran que el total de internos evaluados 100% (30); 23,33% ya han desarrollado el Síndrome de Burnout. En cuanto a la variable Resiliencia, sólo el 3,33%, un nivel alto. En conclusión, existe una relación significativa entre el Síndrome de Burnout y la resiliencia en internos de obstetricia.

The general objective of this research was to determine the relationship between Burnout Syndrome and resilience in obstetrics interns of the Universidad Privada de Huancayo Franklin Roosevelt, 2022. The study method was carried out under the quantitative approach, basic type, descriptive level, and correlational design; the sample consisted of 30 interns of the mentioned institution. The results show that of the total number of inmates evaluated, 100% (30); 23.33% have already developed Burnout Syndrome. As for the variable Resilience, only 3.33%, a high level. In conclusion, there is a significant relationship between Burnout Syndrome and resilience in obstetrics interns.
