Perfil de seguridad de las formulaciones magistrales elaboradas en el área de preparados galénicos del centro médico Naval “CMST” mayo – julio 2020

Abstract

Evaluar el perfil de seguridad de las formulaciones magistrales elaboradas en el área de preparados galénicos del Centro Médico Naval “CMST” mayo-julio 2020. Corresponde a un estudio Transversal, cualitativo de nivel experimental y diseño observacional, realizado en el laboratorio de farmacia de Consultorios Externos del Centro Médico Naval “CMST”, empleando como muestra para la actividad irritante por el método de HET-CAM 15 huevos fértiles de gallinas White Leghorn 50-65g de color y aspecto uniforme y 3formulaciones magistrales de uso dérmico (cremas) elaboradas en el Área de preparados galénicos del Centro Médico Naval “CMST”, siendo la técnica la observación y el instrumento la ficha de recolección de datos con el método de HET-CAMTo evaluate the safety profile of the magistral formulations elaborated in the area of galenic preparations of the Naval Medical Center "CMST" May-July 2020. It corresponds to a transversal, qualitative, experimental level and observational design study, carried out in the pharmacy laboratory of the Outpatient Clinic of the Naval Medical Center "CMST", using as sample for the irritant activity by the HET-CAM method 15 fertile eggs of White Leghorn hens 50-65g of uniform color and appearance and 3 magistral formulations for dermal use (creams) elaborated in the Galenic Preparations Area of the Naval Medical Center "CMST", being the technique the observation and the instrument the data collection form with the HET-CAM method
