Abstract
La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el impacto de un programa de educación farmacéutica en el nivel de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con hipertensión arterial atendidos en el Centro de Salud de Sunampe durante el año 2026. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, aplicado, explicativo-correlacional y diseño preexperimental con medición pretest-postest, con una muestra de 67 pacientes con hipertensión arterial. Los resultados mostraron que después de la intervención, la media de adherencia aumentó de 31,42 a 42,85 puntos. La prueba de Wilcoxon evidenció diferencias significativas (Z=-7,118; p<0,001). Se concluyó que el programa de educación farmacéutica produjo un impacto positivo y significativo en la adherencia terapéutica de los pacientes.
The research aimed to determine the impact of a pharmaceutical education program on the level of therapeutic adherence in patients with hypertension treated at the Sunampe Health Center during 2026. A quantitative, applied, explanatory-correlational approach and a pre-experimental design with pretest-posttest measurement were used, with a sample of 67 patients with hypertension. The results showed that after the intervention, the mean adherence score increased from 31.42 to 42.85 points. The Wilcoxon test revealed significant differences (Z=-7.118; p<0.001). It was concluded that the pharmaceutical education program had a positive and significant impact on patients' therapeutic adherence.
