Abstract
El estudio tuvo como objetivo determinar el nivel de conocimiento sobre farmacovigilancia en el personal de salud del Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD de Puno, entre agosto y octubre de 2024. Fue una investigación básica, de diseño no experimental, prospectivo y de corte transversal. La muestra incluyó a 30 profesionales de la salud. Se utilizó la encuesta como técnica y un cuestionario como instrumento. Los médicos (26.7%) y enfermeras (40%) realizaron la mayoría de notificaciones de RAM. El 40% tuvo nivel alto en conceptos básicos, 26.7% en métodos y 30% en el proceso. En conclusión, el 50% del personal presentó un nivel alto de conocimiento general en farmacovigilancia.
The objective of the study was to determine the level of knowledge of pharmacovigilance among the health personnel of the Hospital I Clínica Universitaria ESSALUD of Puno, between August and October 2024. It was a basic research, non-experimental, prospective and cross-sectional design. The sample included 30 health professionals. A survey was used as a technique and a questionnaire as an instrument. Physicians (26.7%) and nurses (40%) made the majority of AMR notifications. Forty percent had a high level in basic concepts, 26.7% in methods and 30% in the process. In conclusion, 50% of the personnel presented a high level of general knowledge in pharmacovigilance.
