Conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y manejo de las reacciones post vacunales de las madres de niños menores de 5 años Miluchaca- Huancayo 2022

Abstract

El objetivo es determinar la relación que existe entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y el manejo de las reacciones post vacunales de las madres de niños (as) menores de 5 años Miluchaca - Huancayo 2022. La metodología fue de tipo básico, diseño correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal, el muestreo fue censal, por 80 madres, la técnica para los variables fue la encuesta y como instrumento el cuestionario. Como resultados se obtuvo que 54 (67,50 %) presentan un nivel de conocimiento regular sobre las inmunizaciones,39 (48,75%) manejo adecuado de reacciones post vacunales. En conclusión, existe relación directa moderada y significativa entre el nivel de conocimiento sobre inmunizaciones y el manejo de las reacciones post vacunales de las madres de niños (as) menores de 5 años.The objective was to determine the relationship between the level of knowledge about immunizations and the management of post-vaccination reactions among mothers of children under 5 years of age in Miluchaca - Huancayo 2022. The methodology was of basic type, correlational design, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sampling was census, by 80 mothers, the technique for the variables was the survey and as an instrument the questionnaire. The results showed that 54 (67.50%) have a regular level of knowledge about immunizations, 39 (48.75%) have adequate management of post-vaccination reactions. In conclusion, there is a moderate and significant direct relationship between the level of knowledge about immunizations and the management of post-vaccination reactions of mothers of children under 5 years of age.
