Cocimiento en salud bucal en gestantes que acuden al servicio de obstetricia en el centro de salud Caqueta – Lima 2021

Abstract

El objetivo de este estudio fue determinar los conocimientos sobre salud bucal de las gestantes que acuden al servicio de obstetricia del Centro Médico Caquetá - Lima 2021. El tipo de estudio fue transversal. La población estuvo conformada por 124 gestantes que acuden al servicio de obstetricia del Centro Médico Caquetá. Se obtuvo que el nivel de conocimientos en salud bucal, del total de pacientes con menos de 2 hijos, el 71% tiene conocimientos en salud bucal de manera regular, los pacientes mayores o iguales a 2 niños, el 70% tiene conocimientos en salud bucal en un nivel regular de del total de pacientes con secundaria, el 75% tiene conocimiento sobre salud bucal de manera regular. En conclusión, la concientización sobre salud bucal entre las gestantes que acuden al departamento de obstetricia del Centro Médico de Caquetá es regular.

The objective of this study was to determine the oral health knowledge of pregnant women attending the obstetrics service of the Centro Médico Caquetá - Lima 2021. The type of study was cross-sectional. The population consisted of 124 pregnant women attending the obstetrics service of the Caquetá Medical Center. It was obtained that the level of knowledge in oral health, of the total of patients with less than 2 children, 71% have knowledge in oral health in a regular way, patients older or equal to 2 children, 70% have knowledge in oral health in a regular level of of the total of patients with secondary school, 75% have knowledge about oral health in a regular way. In conclusion, oral health awareness among pregnant women attending the obstetrics department of the Caquetá Medical Center is regular.
