Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue evaluar el nivel de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico para la erradicación de Helicobacter pylori en usuarios del Centro de Salud Yauyos de Jauja. El tipo de estudio es observacional, transversal y de nivel descriptivo, la muestra se conformó por 122 usuarios. Los resultados muestran que el 50% de los usuarios tiene un nivel de adherencia media al tratamiento farmacológico para la erradicación de Helicobacter pylori, el 58.2% toma sus medicamentos para Helicobacter pylori tal como indica el médico, 74,6% recibe terapia dual. En conclusión, se encontró que la mitad de los participantes tienen un nivel medio de adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico para la erradicación de Helicobacter pylori, y el factor económico es la principal causa del abandono al tratamiento.

In conclusion, it was found that half of the participants have an average level of adherence to pharmacological treatment for the eradication of Helicobacter pylori, and the economic factor is the main cause of treatment abandonment.
