Posición de Terceras Molares Mandibulares Según Winter en Pacientes de un Centro de Salud Militar, Ayacucho 2023

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar la posición más frecuente de terceros molares mandibulares según Winter de un Centro de Salud Militar, Ayacucho 2022. El estudio fue de tipo básico y el diseño metodológico que se utilizó fue el no experimental, descriptivo, transversal y prospectivo. Se utilizaron 100 placas radiográficas panorámicas. Entre los resultados se encontró que mayoritariamente del 100,0% de posiciones de terceras molares mandibulares analizadas de los cuadrantes III y IV de los 81 pacientes, destaca el 58,0% de posiciones mesioangulares mayoritariamente. Se concluye que la posición más frecuente fue la mesioangular y con mayor frecuencia en el cuadrante III.

The objective of the following research is to determine the most frequent position of mandibular third molars according to Winter of a Military Health Center, Ayacucho 2022. The study was of basic type and the methodological design used was non-experimental, descriptive, transversal and prospective. A total of 100 panoramic radiographic plates were used. Among the results it was found that of the 100.0% of the third mandibular molar positions analyzed in quadrants III and IV of the 81 patients, 58.0% of the positions were mainly mesioangular. It was concluded that the most frequent position was mesioangular and more frequently in quadrant III.
