Abstract
El objetivo es evaluar los riesgos de salud causado por intoxicación por plomo en papa el personal del mercado Manco Cápac Juliaca Puno 2022. Como método, se utilizó un diseño de estudio de tipo observacional, descriptivo, retrospectivo, transversal. Se aplicó el muestreo por conveniencia, y fueron seleccionados 105 personas de entre 25 a 46 años de edad. Realizar charlas al personal del mercado manco Cápac Juliaca Puno 2022 sobre la evaluación y conocimiento del plomo. En conclusión, el 91.4 % venden y manipulan papa, el 77.1% más de 5 horas la manipulación, los síntomas que presentaron después de la manipulación de la papa el 57.1% cansancio y sueño y el 74.3% no presenta problemas de visión.
The objective is to evaluate the health risks caused by lead poisoning in potatoes among the staff of the Manco Capac Juliaca Puno 2022 market.
