Síndrome de burnout y desempeño laboral en enfermeras del servicio de emergencia en un hospital de Ate Vitarte 2022.

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación es determinar la relación entre el síndrome de Burnout y el desempeño laboral en el personal enfermero del área de emergencias en un hospital de Ate Vitarte 2022. El método correspondió a un estudio de tipo básico, diseño correlacional, no experimental y de corte transversal, el muestreo fue censal, por lo que la población y muestra estuvieron constituidas por 80 enfermeros. Se utilizó la estadística descriptiva e inferencial con el soporte del SPSS V.25. Los resultados indican que el nivel de síndrome de Burnout en el personal enfermero fue medio con el 98,80 %, el nivel de desempeño laboral en el personal fue medio con el 96,30 %. En conclusión, se determinó que existe relación significativa entre el síndrome de Burnout con el desempeño laboral en el personal enfermero con una fuerza de relación directa moderada.

The objective of the research is to determine the relationship between Burnout syndrome and work performance in the nursing staff of the emergency area of a hospital in Ate Vitarte 2022. The method corresponded to a basic study, correlational design, non-experimental and cross-sectional, the sampling was census, so the population and sample consisted of 80 nurses. Descriptive and inferential statistics were used with the support of SPSS V.25. The results indicate that the level of Burnout syndrome in the nursing staff was medium with 98.80 %, the level of work performance in the staff was medium with 96.30 %. In conclusion, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between Burnout syndrome and job performance in the nursing staff with a moderate direct relationship strength.
