Relación entre Clima laboral y Estrés en trabajadores que atienden a los pacientes con Covid-19 en la Clínica Internacional, Lima

Abstract

Este estudio tuvo como objetivo general evaluar la relación entre Clima laboral y el estrés en trabajadores que atienden a los pacientes con COVID-19 en la clínica Internacional, Lima. La metodología empleada es de nivel correlacional transversal, no experimental, se realizó con una muestra total de 100 trabajadores. Obteniéndose los resultados, que presenta un clima laboral favorable con 61% con respecto a las tres dimensiones la que se ubica de manera más favorable es involucramiento laboral con un 39%. En cuanto al estrés presentan un nivel bajo con un 53,7% en relación a sus dimensiones el 85,2% presentan un bajo agotamiento emocional. Concluyéndose que existe una relación inversa entre las dos variables

The general objective of this study was to evaluate the relationship between work climate and stress in workers who attend patients with COVID-19 at the International Clinic, Lima. The methodology used was cross-sectional correlational, non-experimental, and was carried out with a total sample of 100 workers. The results showed a favorable work environment with 61% with respect to the three dimensions, the most favorable being work involvement with 39%. As for stress, the level of stress is low with 53.7% and 85.2% of the dimensions show a low level of emotional exhaustion. It was concluded that there is an inverse relationship between the two variables
