Evaluación del cumplimiento de las buenas prácticas de prescripción en las recetas de la farmacia del hospital militar central.

Abstract

El objetivo de la siguiente investigación es determinar el cumplimiento de las Buenas Prácticas de Prescripción en las recetas del Hospital Militar Central. El método de estudio de tipo descriptiva, transversal y retrospectivo, la muestra lo constituyeron 79 recetas médicas. Los resultados indican que el 11,4% de las recetas no cumplen en consignar el nombre genérico de los medicamentos, el 17,7% no cumplen en consignar la forma farmacéutica, el 27,8% no cumplen en consignar la concentración, el 36,7% no cumplen en consignar las dosis de los medicamentos, el 41,8% no cumplen en consignar la vía de administración y el 82,3% cumplen en consignar la duración del tratamiento y el 17,7% no cumplen. En Conclusión: Según los resultados podemos concluir que todas las recetas contienen al menos un error de prescripción.

The objective of the following research is to determine compliance with Good Prescribing Practices in prescriptions at the Hospital Militar Central. The study method was descriptive, cross-sectional and retrospective; the sample consisted of 79 medical prescriptions. The results indicate that 11.4% of the prescriptions do not include the generic name of the drugs, 17.7% do not include the pharmaceutical form, 27.8% do not include the concentration, 36.7% do not include the dosage of the drugs, 41.8% do not include the route of administration, 82.3% include the duration of treatment and 17.7% do not include the duration of treatment. In Conclusion: According to the results, we can conclude that all the prescriptions contain at least one prescription error.
