Abstract

The overall prevalence of prescription errors was 95.5%. The most frequent errors involved omissions regarding dosage (74.7%) and frequency (66.3%). No statistically significant association was found with age (p=0.460), sex (p=0.067), or comorbidities (p>0.05). In conclusion, a high prevalence of prescription errors—specifically 95.5%—was identified.
