Determinación de residuos de plaguicidas organofosforados en Solanum tuberosum (papa) en la provincia de Huancayo 2021

Abstract

This is a basic descriptive research with a non-experimental methodological design. The objective of the research was to determine the presence of residues of the organophosphorus pesticide methamidophos in Solanum tuberosum (potato) in the sector of Cuchupuquio - Viques, using a sample of 5 kg of potato from each of the farms, where the instrument was a survey validated by experts. The results showed that of the 15 samples analyzed, 2 (13.3%) were positive for methamidophos and 13 (86.7%) were negative, with a positive reaction of yellow spots on a light brown backgroundSe trata de una investigación básica descriptiva con un diseño metodológico no experimental. El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la presencia de residuos del plaguicida organofosforado metamidofos en Solanum tuberosum (papa) en el sector de Cuchupuquio - Viques, utilizando una muestra de 5 kg de papa de cada una de las fincas, donde el instrumento fue una encuesta validada por expertos. Los resultados mostraron que de las 15 muestras analizadas, 2 (13,3%) fueron positivas a metamidofos y 13 (86,7%) fueron negativas, con una reacción positiva de manchas amarillas sobre fondo marrón claro
