Incidencia de las Reacciones Adversas Detectadas en Gestantes que fueron Atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil “El Carmen”

Abstract

OBJETIVO: Evaluar los RAMS que se presentan en gestantes atendidas en el Hospital Regional Docente Materno Infantil “El Carmen”. METODOLOGÍA: Corresponde a una investigación no experimental o descriptiva, de tipo básico, retrospectivo y transversal. RESULTADOS: Los medicamentos que ocasionaron los RAMS en gestantes, fueron en 43% la oxitócina, la categoría de tipo A en el 93%. Los grupos terapéuticos; antibióticos en 47% y en un 100 % son de tipo A y las reacciones que se presentaron incluye rash cutáneo en 23%. CONCLUSIONES: Los RAMS que se presentaron en las gestantes atendidas en el HRDMI “El Carmen” fueron la categoría de tipo A.

RESULTS: The medications that caused the RAMS in pregnant women were oxytocin in 43%, the category of type A in 93%. The therapeutic groups; antibiotics in 47% and in 100% are type A and the reactions that were presented included skin rash in 23%. CONCLUSIONS: The RAMS that occurred in the pregnant women treated at the HRDMI "El Carmen" were the type A category.
