Nivel de conocimiento de farmacovigilancia y notificación de reacciones adversas por Químicos Farmacéuticos de una cadena de boticas, Lima, 2026

Abstract

La presente investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre el conocimiento de farmacovigilancia y la notificación de RAM. El estudio fue de enfoque cuantitativo, de tipo básico y nivel correlacional, el diseño fue no experimental y transversal. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 químicos farmacéuticos, aplicando una encuesta mediante un cuestionario de 25 ítems. Los resultados mostraron que el 96,67 % presentó un buen nivel de conocimiento de farmacovigilancia, El 66,67 % presentó un buen nivel de notificación de RAM, La relación entre las variables fue positiva débil y no significativa. Sin embargo, los aspectos generales mostraron una relación significativa con la notificación. Se concluye que el conocimiento global no se relacionó significativamente con la notificación de RAM.

The objective of this research was to determine the relationship between pharmacovigilance knowledge and the reporting of adverse drug reactions (ADRs). The study employed a quantitative approach, was basic in nature and correlational in level, and utilized a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The sample consisted of 30 pharmaceutical chemists, and data were collected using a 25-item questionnaire. The results showed that 96.67% of the participants demonstrated a good level of pharmacovigilance knowledge, while 66.67% showed a good level of ADR reporting; the relationship between the variables was weak, positive, and non-significant. However, general aspects showed a significant relationship with reporting. It is concluded that overall knowledge was not significantly related to ADR reporting.
