Factores asociados a la variación del marcador bioquímico hemoglobina glicosilada en pacientes que acuden a un laboratorio clínico Huancayo 2023.

Abstract

El objetivo del estudio fue determinar los factores asociados a la variación de la hemoglobina glicosilada en pacientes que acuden a un laboratorio clínico de Huancayo. La Metodología fue de tipo descriptivo, no experimental y de corte transversal. Los resultados indican los factores sociodemográficos según grupos etáreos se consideraron a la edad, sexo, nivel de estudio y estado civil; también se encontró que no existe adherencia con respecto a los medicamentos; de la misma forma se prohíbe las bebidas endulzadas artificialmente, la comida chatarra y el consumo de plan blanco. Se concluyó que existen factores sociodemográficos, el tipo de medicamento y los hábitos alimentarios influyen sobre la variación del marcador bioquímico hemoglobina glicosilada.The objective of the study was to determine the factors associated with the variation of glycosylated hemoglobin in patients attending a clinical laboratory in Huancayo. The methodology was descriptive, non-experimental and cross-sectional. The results indicate the sociodemographic factors according to age groups, age, sex, educational level and marital status were considered; it was also found that there is no adherence with respect to medications; in the same way, artificially sweetened beverages, junk food and consumption of white plan were prohibited. It was concluded that there are sociodemographic factors, the type of medication and eating habits influence the variation of the biochemical marker glycosylated hemoglobin.
