Adherencia terapeutica en pacientes con tratamiento Antihipertensivo C.S. Asuncion 8 Minsa Imperial Cañete, setiembre a octubre 2022.

Abstract

El presente estudio está enfocado en determinar el nivel de adherencia terapéutica en pacientes con tratamiento antihipertensivo en Centro de Salud de Asunción 8 – MINSA durante los meses de septiembre a octubre 2022. El estudio realizado es de tipo cualitativo, observacional, prospectivo y descriptivo de corte transversal. la Muestra está constituido por 77 pacientes, los resultados muestran que un 80.5 % son > 60 años, el 52% son de sexo femenino, el 31.2 % es casado y el 57.1% poseen una presión arterial dentro del rango adecuado, el nivel de adherencia terapéutica obtenida en este estudio es bajo, determinándose que la principal causa del incumplimiento al tratamiento terapéutico es que se olvidan de tomar su medicación. En conclusión, la relación al valor de la adherencia en el Centro de Salud de Asunción 8 esta es muy baja 36.4%.

The present study is focused on determining the level of therapeutic adherence in patients with antihypertensive treatment in Centro de Salud de Asunción 8 - MINSA during the months of September to October 2022. The study is qualitative, observational, prospective and descriptive cross-sectional. The sample consists of 77 patients, the results show that 80.5% are > 60 years old, 52% are female, 31.2% are married and 57.1% have a blood pressure within the appropriate range, the level of therapeutic adherence obtained in this study is low, determining that the main cause of non-compliance with therapeutic treatment is that they forget to take their medication. In conclusion, the value of adherence at the Asunción 8 Health Center is very low at 36.4%.
