Abstract
The design used was experimental, cross-sectional and prospective. The plant sample consisted of 500 grams of soursop leaves from the district of Bagua, province of Utcubamba, department of Amazonas, and the animal sample consisted of 24 albino mice. Preliminary tests of the soursop extract were carried out, such as the solubility test and phytochemical analysis. To evaluate the healing effect of the cream formulated with soursop extract (3%, 5% and 10%), the healing test was used, which is based on the measurement of the tensile strength necessary to open a wound using a dynamometer.
