Abstract
El objetivo de la investigación fue determinar la asociación entre la lactancia materna y el desarrollo psicomotor en niños de 6 meses que acuden al Centro de Salud Sapallanga en el año 2017 .Los resultados más significativos de la investigación fueron el 72,2% de los niños reciben lactancia materna exclusiva, (X2c = 49,750; p < 0,05); el 59,7% de los niños de 6 meses que acuden al Centro de Salud Sapallanga presentan riesgo para trastorno del desarrollo (X2c = 37,750; p < 0,05). Se estableció que existe asociación entre la lactancia y el desarrollo psicomotor en niños de 6 meses que acuden al Centro de Salud Sapallanga en el año 2017 (X2c = 25,981; p < 0,05).
