Efecto antibacteriano del extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus (Mastuerzo) frente a cepas de Staphylococcus Aureus, Escherichia Coli y Pseudomonas Aeruginosa.

Abstract

La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar el efecto antibacteriano del extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus (mastuerzo) frente a cepas de Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli y Pseudomonas aeruginosa; la metodología correspondió al tipo experimental con la escala de Duraffourd. Los resultados indican que en una CC al 100% de extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus resultó altamente sensible para Staphylococcus aureus; a una CC al 75% de extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus resultó altamente sensible para Escherichia coli; a una CC al 50% de extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus resultó altamente sensible para Escherichia coli; a una CC al 25% de extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus resultó altamente sensible para Staphylococcus aureus, se concluye el efecto antibacteriano del extracto etanólico de Tropaeolum majus (mastuerzo) frente a cepas.
The objective of the research was to determine the antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Tropaeolum majus (mastuerzo) against Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa strains; the methodology corresponded to the experimental type with the Duraffourd scale. The results indicate that in a CC at 100% ethanolic extract of Tropaeolum majus was highly sensitive for Staphylococcus aureus; at a CC at 75% ethanolic extract of Tropaeolum majus was highly sensitive for Escherichia coli; at 50% CC of ethanolic extract of Tropaeolum majus was highly sensitive for Escherichia coli; at 25% CC of ethanolic extract of Tropaeolum majus was highly sensitive for Staphylococcus aureus, we conclude the antibacterial effect of the ethanolic extract of Tropaeolum majus against strains.
