Abstract
La presente investigación tiene por objetivo: Analizar la prescripción de aminósidos en niños menores de 5 años en el Hospital Militar Central 2022. El método de estudio es de tipo descriptivo-correlacional, fue no experimental transversal desarrollado en la ciudad de Huancayo. La población estuvo conformada por 200 historias clínicas de niños menores de 5 años; la muestra lo constituyeron 132 historias clínicas. Los resultados nos muestran que el 60.6% tienen menos de 1 día de edad y el 68,2% son del sexo femenino, respecto al uso de aminósidos en niños menores de 5 años, según patología, se observa que el 93,4% de los niños presentaron sepsis neonatal. En Conclusión, respecto al uso de aminósidos en niños menores de 5 años, según patología, se observa que el 93,4% de los niños que presentaron sepsis neonatal fueron recetados con Amikacina (20 - 300).
