Satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en el distrito de Sapallanga - Huancayo 2018

Abstract

Este estudio fue realizado en el distrito de Sapallanga –Huancayo consistió en desarrollar un instrumento que nos permitió medir la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería. El objetivo de la presente investigación es determinar la satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en el distrtito de Sapallanga –Huancayo 2018, Por lo tanto, se aplicó el método científico, cuyo tipo de investigación es básico y el nivel de investigación es descriptivo. Como resultado de la presente investigación se obtuvo información relevante donde se obtuvo como resultado que la Satisfacción laboral del profesional de enfermería en el distrito de Sapallanga Huancayo 2018 es mayor.

This study was conducted in the district of Sapallanga-Hanacayo consisted of developing an instrument that allowed us to measure the job satisfaction of the nursing professional. The objective of this research is to determine the job satisfaction of the nursing professional in the district of Sapallanga -Huancayo 2018. Therefore, the scientific method was applied, whose type of research is basic and the level of research is descriptive. As a result of the present investigation, relevant information was obtained where it was obtained as a result that the work satisfaction of the nursing professional in the district of Sapallanga Huancayo 2018 is greater.
